Unfortunately we have made the decision to cancel this concert due to the Coronavirus.

The Abbey Girls and Lay-clerks choirs are joined by the excellent baroque instrumentalists Canzona to perform this masterpiece. Soloists are drawn from the choir, as in the first performance in Dublin in 1742 (which was also performed after Easter). The glorious Hallelujah chorus resounds the triumph of the resurrection.
